YOUR INFORMATION

Enquiry privacy notice

When you send an enquiry, EZ Swing Golf receives the name, email address, and event details you enter. Optional fields include your phone number, company or venue, event date, location, and estimated guest count.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your request, discuss availability and venue suitability, prepare a quote, and arrange an event or partnership. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are stored in a private database provided through our website hosting service. They are accessible to EZ Swing Golf and the service providers supporting the website, and are not displayed publicly. Hosting providers may process information outside your province or country.

Website operation

The form uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. These rate-limit records are removed as subsequent requests are processed after their 24-hour window. The form does not store your enquiry in browser storage. Hosting services may maintain operational logs and cookies needed to deliver and protect the website.

Questions or changes

To ask about your enquiry, correct a detail, or request deletion of information we no longer need, contact hello@ezswinggolf.com. Please include your enquiry reference if you have one.
